Brain fart Posted on June 3rd
Not really feeling very write-y today. Funny too, because I have this great idea for an article 2SXC sent me and I was set out to do it today but now I’ve slept and am up and I’m feeling a little too lazy. I know I’ll have a blast doing it, though… you’ll see it when you see it. Last night I picked Smoth up and went out for a beer… he’s looking more and more like Jesus Christ with a sun tan, and I find it pretty funny. As always, it’s a blast for me to hang out with the guy (by the way, episode 1 of the Smoth Loves Movies podcast is up. You should give it a listen, it’s a funny way to spend your saturday morning as you hear these guys talk about movies) so that was good times. We went over to the old part of the city (Casco Viejo, for those in the know) and hit this great place called La Casona; it’s an abandoned building turned into a bar/concert hall/art gallery/impromptu movie theater.
Coke at 8 in the morning, in retrospect, doesn’t sound like a great idea. Also, I’m gonna go say hello to my tattoo artist with my mom to talk about what we want to get inked late, so that’s always fun. Oh! And I think Daigoro’s going live this monday. We hammered out the specifics, and it may be buggy but it’s looking in much better shape than it was 2 weeks ago. Stay tuned… and I think I’m gonna go hang on a tree and sleep a little.
