What a Week Posted on July 2nd
Jury’s still out on what the hell this week was, but the best thing I can do now is just count my blessings and thank Marley nothing bad happened to me. Sorry for the hit-and-run, but I think what’s just happened is that I came here with the intention of saying something and now that I’m here I’ve realized I don’t really know what to say.
Does it ever happen to you or am I the only freak who leaves unopened e-mails from certain people lingering there whilebuilding up the courage to open them? Seriously, for someone who doesn’t give a shit about most things I sure am a pussy when it comes to those others that can actually break the barriers and do some damage. I look at the bold message on the inbox and think a ridiculous amount of things: “I wonder if it’s a good thing, or a bad thing. Should I prepare mentally? No, maybe I’m wrong and it’s what I’ve been wanting to hear for a long time. But probably not. But you’ve been wrong before. Maybe this time’s the exception… but the world doesn’t work like the. Expect the worst and be pleasingly surprised if it is good. What? Maybe it’s neither, maybe it’s uneventful… shit, that’s actually kinda worse. That means I only get trivial messages with no real meaning. I don’t matter to this person.”
Oh, fucking mierda. I’ll just open the frickin’ e-mail… after my soccer date at La Ciudad del Saber. By the way, BRAZIL GOT PWN3D @ TEH WORLD CUP LOLZ!!!!!!!1!!111 This development sure makes the tournament very fucking interesting. Too bad your ofice pool went to hell… looks like me and my group won mine. CELEBRATE, BITCHES!
